Casü

I've got no money but I've got a dream
I got some troubles, I'm sinking in
And I'm so tired of waiting for a phone call

I've been swimming a lot recently
It's just not fair to die on the beach
And I'm so broke, but I don't want to go back to my mother's house

Feelings I have
I can't no longer share them
Cause it's a broken string I'm holding on to
Feelings I had
That I no longer care about
I need a job, just to be safe and sound

Counting the money to have what to eat
Someone once told me life was just too sweet
Well darling I wouldn't say such thing
I'm only happy when I feel the breeze
It's always raining in my memories
And I'm so broke, but I don't want to go back to my mother's house

Feelings I have
I can't no longer share them
Cause it's a broken string I'm holding on to
Feelings I had
That I no longer care about
I need a job, just to be safe and sound

If I could choose I would just to be rich
Hide in a house to write my stories
But I cannot, I have to face I'm just an artist
I'm so attached to this island, it feels
Just like a curse to have to leave, but I'll go
I'm going back to my mother's house

Feelings I have
I can't no longer share them
Cause it's a broken string I'm holding on to
Feelings I had
That I no longer care about
I need a job, just to be safe and sound
